About Us

The SEC RADCON Alliance is a combination of Safety and Ecology Holdings and Kelly Scientific Resources employees, working together in support of Bechtel Jacobs LLC. The Alliance is comprised of over 350 employees, striving to keep a safe, healthy environment for all employees at the East Tennessee Technology Park, Oak Ridge National Lab, Y-12 Complex, Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant, and the American Centrifuge Facility (in Portsmouth, OH).
