Resetting Your SECRADCON.COM password:

When you are logged in to your local PC, press the CTRL-ALT-DLT keys at the same time, and a dialog box will appear. Select the Change Password button, and type your old password, followed by a new password and confirmation. Your password may be set to anything you like, but it must meet our security policy password complexity requirements. Your password must meet the following requirements:

  • Does not contain all or part of the user's account name
  • Is at least six characters in length
  • Contains characters from three of the following four categories:
    • English upper case characters (A..Z)
    • English lower case characters (a..z)
    • Base 10 digits (0..9)
    • Nonalphanumeric (For example, !,$#,%)

Complexity requirements are enforced upon password change or creation.
